At Royal Smiles, you are cared for by a leader who combines world-class training with a heart for service. Dr. Farrag’s journey began in Egypt, where she earned her dental degree with honors and specialized in Prosthodontics. Upon moving to the U.S. in 2015, she furthered her expertise at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, where her innovative spirit led to the achievement of two U.S. patents—groundbreaking work that now fuels our commitment to pain-free, high-precision care.

Dr. Farrag is no stranger to State College; she has proudly served this community for over five years. Her deep engagement with the local population—serving students, families, and professionals—revealed a pressing shortage in accessible, high-level restorative care. Royal Smiles is her strategic response to this challenge: a luxury boutique sanctuary where high technology meets stress-free relaxation. Designed to eliminate wait times, the practice offers general dentistry services with needle-free treatments and a spa-like ambiance, democratizing access to specialized treatments like implants and full-mouth reconstructions without the dental anxiety. With a Summer 2026 launch, she promises to redefine the standard of care in Central Pennsylvania.
A devoted mother of three, two of whom are proud Penn State University students, she understands the rhythms and values of State College life intimately. But Dr. Farrag’s commitment doesn’t end at the clinic door. She is an active volunteer and supporter of Central Pennsylvania’s community projects, believing strongly in giving back to the neighborhood she calls home.
